So in 2025 we set out to build the structured layer the market kept asking for — not another AI tool, but the operating system that makes every AI tool actually compound. Guzzle Labs is the answer.

At Adobe, Ankita cut time-to-value from 6 months to 2 weeks across 122 enterprise customers, built an AI-powered adoption analysis model that drove 8% Y/Y retention improvement, and designed AI-assisted workflows that saved 40% in team effort. Selected by senior leadership to design Adobe's Integrated GTM model — adopted as the FY26 foundation for $1.5B in pipeline planning.
Owns the technical roadmap, infrastructure, and engineering execution. Responsible for the security, reliability, and scalability of the Guzzle Labs platform — and for evaluating and integrating the AI APIs and third-party tools that power every workflow.
Background spans applied ML, cloud-native architecture, and B2B SaaS product engineering. Currently leading a lean, senior engineering bench through 2026 with full-time hires planned in Year 2.
